*Summary*

We are seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team at Kithcorner Cambridge Crossing. This role is essential in nurturing the development of young children, providing them with a rich educational experience that promotes creativity, exploration, and growth.

*Responsibilities*

* Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that incorporate music and multicultural themes. * Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment for all children. * Observe and assess children's development, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs. * Encourage children's curiosity and creativity through hands-on activities and exploration. * Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress and classroom activities. * Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience at the center.

*Requirements*

* Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. * Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices. * Experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting. * First Aid and CPR certification is a plus. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.66 - $28.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
