Summary

We are seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team at Kithcorner Cambridge Crossing. This role is essential in nurturing the development of young children, providing them with a rich educational experience that promotes creativity, exploration, and growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that incorporate music and multicultural themes. Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment for all children. Observe and assess children's development, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs. Encourage children's curiosity and creativity through hands-on activities and exploration. Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress and classroom activities. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience at the center.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices. Experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting. First Aid and CPR certification is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay: $23.66 - $28.50 per hour
