As an Infant Toddler Teacher, You Will:

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom environment tailored to the developmental needs of infants and toddlers.
• Use a growth mindset to inspire curiosity and foster emotional and academic growth.
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, adapting it to meet each childs unique needs.
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing updates and building strong family partnerships.
• Collaborate with center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.
• Build meaningful relationships with families and coworkers, helping to establish a positive school culture as part of our new center.
  
  

Were Looking for Someone Who:

• Has a genuine passion for early childhood education and care.
• Has at least 1 year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or 6 months (required).
• Holds an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred) or a High School Diploma/GED (required).
