Specialized Knowledge: Coursework specific to Infant and Toddler Development required Registry Requirements: Must secure Registry certificate within 90 days Skills: Strong ability to apply Early Childhood Development theory and adapt to individual children's needs Language: Bilingual capabilities in Spanish and/or Hmong desirable Additional Requirements: Experience in multicultural, low-income environments preferred Excellent communication and listening skills

WHAT YOU'LL DO As an Infant Toddler Teacher, you'll provide specialized care and education by: Planning, designing, and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum for children ages 0-3 Serving as primary childcare provider for enrolled infants and toddlers Providing supervision, performance feedback, and scheduling for reporting staff Following families' cultural values and practices in caring for their children Reinforcing parents' vital role as primary educators of their children Ensuring compliance with all licensing and Head Start requirements Maintaining a clean, safe, and nurturing environment Acting as positive liaison between community agencies and families Adapting programming to meet individual developmental needs Providing guidance and support to families WHO WE ARE At Reach Dane, we're reimagining early childhood education as a powerful tool for social transformation.
