This is a full-time, in-person position for the 2025–2026 school year. Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) Special Education License required. Position Details: Location: Wilbraham, MA Schedule: Full-time, in-person Program: Substantially separate ABA classroom Grade Level: Second and third grade School Year: 2025–2026 Responsibilities: * Provide direct instruction to students in a substantially separate ABA classroom. * Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). * Adapt curriculum and instruction to meet student needs. * Collect and maintain data on student progress. * Collaborate with paraprofessionals, BCBAs, related service providers, and families. * Create and maintain a supportive, structured classroom environment. Qualifications: * Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) Special Education License. * Experience working with students in ABA-based or substantially separate programs preferred. * Strong collaboration and communication skills.
