Special Education Teacher Position

We are currently accepting applications for a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher to join our team at Todd, Aldrich, Merrill, Hackett in Beloit, Wisconsin for the upcoming 20252026 school year. Position Overview

• Location: Beloit, WI
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM 3:30 PM
• Compensation: $45$50/hour (commensurate with experience)
• Start Date: August 2025
• Duration: Full Academic Year (20252026)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized instruction to support students with diverse learning needs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor effective Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and support teams.
• Maintain detailed records and prepare regular progress reports.
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and team planning sessions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Valid Wisconsin DPI license (#1801, #1809, or #1811 depending on placement).
• Prior experience working with students with special needs preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• A deep commitment to inclusive practices and student success.
