General Education Teachers

The School District of Beloit is seeking passionate and dedicated General Education Teachers to join our elementary team. These roles would be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment, and supporting the academic and social-emotional growth of all students.

Open Positions:

  • 2nd Grade Teacher
  • 3rd Grade Teacher
  • 4th Grade Teacher (2 positions)
  • Academic Interventionist
  • Elementary K8 Reading Teacher (License 1316)
  • Reading Specialist (License 1517)
  • Permanent Building Substitute (Sub-License)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
  • Valid Wisconsin teaching license for elementary education.
  • Experience in classroom teaching preferred.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • Commitment to equity, inclusion, and culturally responsive teaching.
  • Current CPR if applicable.
  • TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
  • Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
  • Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
