Job Posting: Onsite Special Education Teacher (Elementary K-4) Location: Batesville, MS Area Company: Soliant Education School Year: 2025-2026 Contract Position Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher for an onsite, full-time position serving elementary students (K-4) in the Batesville, MS area. This is a school-based contract role for the 2025-26 school year . Position Details: Grade Levels: Kindergarten through 4th Grade Caseload: Approximately 10 students Schedule: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week Setting: Resource / Inclusion Classroom Instructional Support Areas: Reading and Math Hourly Pay Range: $28 - $38, depending on experience and qualifications Responsibilities: Provide specialized instruction to meet the individual needs of students in reading and math Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with IEP team members Monitor and report on student progress regularly Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with district and state regulations Create a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment Requirements: Valid Mississippi teaching license with a Special Education endorsement Previous experience working in a resource or inclusion setting preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to adapt instruction to meet a variety of student needs Must pass background checks and meet district hiring requirements Benefits: Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Plan Weekly Pay Apply NOW!
