Beach Babies is seeking a Lead Teacher as well as an assistant teacher for our Infant and Toddler classrooms. These candidates: Will work closely with a co-teacher to design and maintain a structured, nurturing, learning and comfortable environment for the children in their care. Will follow our current curriculum while working with our team to add new ideas. Must be confident that they can stay in control of a group of 8 toddlers with ease and enjoyment. Absolutely must be a team player and be able to work with all co-teachers professionally, with respect and with a shared goal. Must be able to speak to parents on a professional level as they are our clients, with respect, kindness and consideration. At Beach Babies, we all get our hands dirty! All teachers work with the children, plan for their activities, clean their classrooms, make sure playgrounds and classrooms are kept clean, safe, and comfortable for all of the children.
