Duties

You will share in all classroom responsibilities for planning and delivering a developmentally-appropriate program that fosters curiosity and creativity. You will:

• Assist in all aspects of classroom management, planning, and delivery of curriculum
• Help maintain a positive environment with focus on pro-social development
• Engage in a positive manner with children
• Interact with parents in a warm, professional manner

Requirements

• Experience with young children, preferably in a group setting
• CDA, ECE credits, or post-secondary degree preferred. Will consider experienced candidates who are ready to learn and grow!
• Energy, maturity, warmth, flexibility, strong work ethic, and enjoyment of nature
• Willing to spend time outdoors in all weather
