We are currently seeking a Full-time Lead Teacher(s) to join our team!

Job Duties include but are not limited to:
Creating and maintaining lasting relationships with students
Creating and implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans
Meeting the individual needs of every child by encouraging and supporting play , exploration, and learning
Collaborating with families to create inclusive and culturally relevant classroom and curriculum
Creating a fun, welcoming, warm, and safe classroom environment
Completing assessments and documenting growth and learning
Collaborating with colleagues to provide quality care and education
Meeting and following the requirements of all licensing agencies
Qualifications
1+ year of formal or informal experience in caring for children
CDA/AA or BA in Early Childhood Education OR AA or BA in a related field with 6 credits in Early Childhood Education
CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain certification
Proof of TB Test, and TDAP, 2 Doses of MMR, and immunizations
Proof of Covid vaccination
Medical Physical
Obtain new Food Handlers Training Certificate
Must meet and follow all additional City and State licensing requirements
