*Duties*
* Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the preschool curriculum. * Educate children in foundational literacy and math skills through interactive activities. * Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a safe and supportive learning environment. * Communicate regularly with parents about student progress and classroom activities. * Observe and assess children's development, providing feedback to parents as needed. * Foster a love for learning through creative play, exploration, and hands-on experiences.
*Qualifications*
* Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. * Experience teaching in a preschool or early childhood setting is highly desirable. * Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and staff. * Knowledge of behavior management techniques to support diverse learning needs. * Ability to develop engaging lesson plans that incorporate various subjects, including literacy, math, and physical education. * A genuine passion for educating young children and fostering their growth in a classroom setting. * Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus.
