We’re currently seeking an enthusiastic, nurturing Pre-Kindergarten Teacher to guide children through their early learning journey in a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment.

Responsibilities:
Create a positive and loving classroom culture that supports children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
Implement the Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum with fidelity
Develop strong relationships with children and families
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
Observe and document children's progress to inform instruction and communicate with parents
Qualifications:
Must meet Colorado state requirements for Lead Early Childhood Teacher (or be in process)
Previous experience working with preschool-aged children preferred
Passion for early education and child development
Strong communication and teamwork skills
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
