- Implement the Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum with fidelity
- Develop strong relationships with children and families
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
- Observe and document children's progress to inform instruction and communicate with parents
- Must meet Colorado state requirements for Lead Early Childhood Teacher (or be in process)
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children preferred
- Passion for early education and child development
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
