Lakeside Educational Network is looking for a dedicated and passionate Math Teacher to join our team at the Lakeside Girls Academy campus in Horsham, Pennsylvania. As a Math Teacher, you'll be responsible for instructing students in grades 7-12 in both core math subjects and engaging STEM electives. • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for a variety of math and STEM elective courses for students in grades 7-12.
• Provide personalized instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs and abilities.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with other faculty and staff to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in mathematics education.
• Maintain open and effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues.

Math Teacher Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field.
• Pennsylvania Public School certification in mathematics (grades 7-12) is preferred.
• Candidates with middle school math certification (grades 4-8 or 7-9) who are willing to add on to their certification through Praxis testing will also be considered.
• We will also consider candidates with a bachelor's degree in mathematics who are currently enrolled in a graduate-level education program.
• Proven ability to work effectively with students, staff, and parents.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
