Position Overview Math and Reading Intervention Teacher We are offering both Part-Time and Full-Time roles for the 2025-2026 School Year for students in grades K-12. Part-time (10-25 hours per week) Full-time (30-35 hours per week) Schools located throughout Broward County Schedules align with regular school hours Your Role: Become a vital advocate and mentor for students who deserve the best educational support. Key Responsibilities: Conduct targeted Reading/ELA and Math instruction in small groups across multiple grade levels within a face-to-face school environment focused on intervention. Implement designated instructional models in readiness, reading, mathematics, and writing skills using our specially designed materials and educational strategies. Create and uphold individualized lesson plans based on our curriculum tailored to student skill levels. Ensure student supervision and safety during classroom transitions and learning activities, including occasional light physical tasks. Timely data entry for student attendance, testing results, progress reports, and compliance documentation. Arrange and participate in parent conferences to enhance student support. Maintain thorough student records as mandated by company and educational authorities. Establish and nurture communication with supervisors, classroom teachers, principals, and families. Adapt instruction to meet diverse learning needs, utilizing data-driven strategies. Encourage student engagement through ownership and critical thinking skills. Commit to ongoing professional development through training and feedback. Accurately track student progress and academic performance. Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned. Valid and current FL Teaching Certificate or Statement of Eligibility. Experience in classroom teaching, internships, or tutoring. Ability to teach Math and Reading/ELA across various grades.
