Responsibilities As an Intervention Teacher at Catapult Learning, your responsibilities will include: Instructing small groups in Reading/ELA and Math across various grade levels in a face-to-face school environment, focusing on intervention. Delivering targeted instructional strategies in reading, mathematics, and writing for eligible students using our comprehensive materials. Creating and maintaining individualized, skill-appropriate lesson plans utilizing our curriculum. Ensuring constant supervision and safety of students, which may involve escorting them and some light physical tasks. Timely data entry to meet deadlines for attendance, testing, progress reports, and communication forms with parents and teachers. Scheduling and conducting parent conferences as needed. Maintaining accurate student files as required by local and federal standards. Communicating consistently with supervisors, teachers, and parents. Customizing and delivering differentiated lessons based on student data. Engaging students through ownership and critical thinking, while implementing clear routines. Embracing opportunities for professional growth through training and feedback. Monitoring and tracking student progress through accurate academic records. Performing other related duties as assigned. Qualifications We are looking for a positive and dedicated educator with the following qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or higher. Current FL Teaching Certificate or Statement of Eligibility. Experience in classroom teaching, internships, or tutoring. Willingness to instruct in both Math and Reading/ELA across various grade levels. Proficiency in using online platforms for record-keeping and communication. A strong belief that all children are capable of learning. A genuine passion for helping students succeed!
