Your Mission: Create a secure, loving environment where each child's unique personality can flourish while building essential cognitive, social, and emotional foundations.
Your Daily ImpactDevelopmental Excellence Design and implement age appropriate activities that promote cognitive, physical, and social emotional growth
Support individual developmental milestones through personalized attention and care
Introduce foundational concepts: colors, shapes, numbers, and early literacy in playful, engaging ways
Create structured yet flexible daily schedules balancing active play, rest, and exploration
Nurturing Care Provide responsive, loving care that helps each child feel secure and valued
Follow specialized Infant Meal Patterns and nutritional guidelines
Maintain pristine, organized spaces for play, rest, and personal care
Respond promptly and appropriately to each child's individual needs and cues

Document daily activities and developmental progress through ProCare system
Provide regular updates on each child's growth, achievements, and daily experiences

What We're SeekingProfessional Qualifications Early Childhood Education background or equivalent experience with infants/toddlers
Knowledge of child development principles and age appropriate practices
First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Understanding of health and safety protocols in childcare settings
