Infant/Toddler Teacher - Full Time PositionPosition Overview We're seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our childcare center full-time, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate genuinely enjoys helping young children grow and learn while creating a nurturing environment where our youngest learners can thrive developmentally, socially, and emotionally. This role requires someone who understands the unique personalities and needs of each baby and toddler in our care. Key Responsibilities Create and maintain a safe, loving atmosphere where infants and toddlers can develop confidence and build essential social skills Engage children in age-appropriate educational activities and play that stimulate curiosity and development Implement developmentally appropriate curriculum that supports cognitive, physical, and social-emotional growth Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming play, sleep, and changing areas Follow our Infant Meal Pattern and respond promptly to each child's individual needs Document daily activities, milestones, and routines through our ProCare system Communicate effectively with parents about their child's day, progress, and any concerns Teach foundational skills (colors, shapes, numbers, letters) through interactive, play-based learning Develop and follow appropriate schedules that balance physical activity, rest, and exploratory play Guide children in developing important social skills like sharing, turn-taking, and cooperative play Use positive redirection techniques and age-appropriate guidance strategies when needed Qualifications Genuine love for working with infants and toddlers Calm, patient, and nurturing disposition even during challenging moments Understanding of early childhood development milestones and appropriate expectations Physical and emotional energy to meet the dynamic needs of babies and toddlers Strong communication skills for meaningful parent interactions and team collaboration Flexibility to adapt to changing classroom needs and situations Ability to multitask while maintaining attentiveness to children's needs Early childhood education background, certification, or relevant experience preferred CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Reliable transportation and excellent attendance record What Makes You a Great Fit You're someone who finds joy in the small victories of early development, from first steps to first words.
