*MOT Academy* is a private school focused on inclusive education. We are seeking an ESE teacher or experienced teacher with a passion for supporting students with special needs.
*Responsibilities:*
* Create and Modify curriculum to meet student needs. * Collaborate with staff and families to create an inclusive environment. * Track and assess student progress.
*Qualifications:*
* Minimum of 1 year of ESE teaching experience. * Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus). * Some understanding of IEPs and accommodations.
