*Duties*

* Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. * Utilize various teaching methods and learning technologies to accommodate diverse learning styles. * Assess student progress through standardized testing and other evaluation methods. * Provide individualized support for students with special education needs. * Foster literacy education by integrating reading and writing activities into daily lessons. * Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning. * Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student performance and classroom activities. * Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge of educational best practices. * Collaborate with other educators to develop curriculum and instructional strategies.

* Strong skills in curriculum development to create effective lesson plans. * Excellent communication skills to interact with students, parents, and staff effectively. * Proficiency in learning technology to enhance classroom instruction. * Attention to detail for proofreading educational materials and student work. * Knowledge of literacy education strategies to support reading and writing development. * Experience or training in special education practices for accommodating diverse learners. * Background in childcare principles to ensure a nurturing classroom atmosphere. * Ability to write clear, concise reports on student progress and classroom activities. * Familiarity with Montessori methods or similar educational philosophies is a plus.

Pay: $44,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
