Pay: $17 - $21 per hour with a CDA or Early Childhood Education degree

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum.
  • Create a nurturing classroom environment that promotes learning and self-discovery.
  • Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
  • Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and development.
  • Incorporate literacy, math, and physical education into daily activities.
  • Assess children's developmental needs and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
  • Foster social skills through collaborative activities and play.

Requirements:

  • CDA or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field required for Lead positions.
  • Experience working in a preschool or early childhood setting is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and staff.
  • Ability to develop creative lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Knowledge of behavior management techniques to support children's growth.
