Requirements Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred. Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in education. Experience in behavior management techniques to support diverse learning needs. Strong skills in lesson planning, literacy education, childcare, special education, and math instruction. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff members.
