We are seeking VPK credentialed teachers who will also assist with curriculum implementation and mentoring for all staff.

We are seeking an energetic and experienced Teacher to join our team! As a Teacher, you will lead a class of students through a successful school year, creating and implementing a comprehensive educational curriculum. Your goal is to create a welcoming learning environment and provide students with the tools they need to reach their full potential. The ideal candidate is compassionate, creative, and has a passion for teaching!

Responsibilities:

• Team teach in our VPK classroom, delivering high-quality instruction aligned with state standards.
• Mentor curriculum coordination and development across all age groups, ensuring alignment and continuity.
• Collaborate with all teachers to support lesson planning, implementation, and professional growth.
• Play an active role in center leadership and decision-making, working closely with other VPK teachers, directors and staff.

Qualifications:

• VPK Credential with formal Early Childhood Education preferred
• Extensive experience in curriculum management and early childhood education.
• VPK Certified with a strong understanding of state guidelines.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to mentor and support teaching staff.

Salary: Commensurate with experience, with higher pay for Director-Certified candidates.
