Two Year Old Lead Teacher
New Yesterday
Summary
Child's First is a nonprofit early childhood center dedicated to fostering a warm, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment. We believe in positive guidance, hands-on learning, and a strong sense of community for both children and staff. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Teacher to join our two-year-old classroom and help create a nurturing space where young children can thrive.
Because consistency is key in childcare, we are looking for individuals who are dedicated to working with children and view working with children as a long-term goal. Patience, a high level of observation, and positive communication skills are highly valued in this position.
In addition to the standard interview process, candidates may be asked to spend time in the classroom to get a better feel for the children, routine and center atmosphere.
This position is full-time, with benefits and paid time off available after the 90-day probationary period.
Serious candidates only, please. If you are enthusiastic about early childhood education, teamwork, and fostering positive relationships, we’d love to hear from you!
