Child Supervision & Safety

• Constantly monitor children to ensure their safety.
• Help maintain appropriate child-to-teacher ratios.
• Assist with transitions (e.g., from playtime to snack or nap time).
• Ensure safe play indoors and outdoors.

Support with Daily Routines

• Help with diapering, toilet training, and hygiene routines.
• Assist during mealtimes and snacks (e.g., serving food, cleaning up).
• Guide children through nap/rest times.

Classroom Activities

• Support the lead teacher in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities.
• Engage children in play-based learning (e.g., story time, music, art, sensory play).
• Encourage language development and social skills.

Behavior Guidance

• Help model and reinforce positive behavior.
• Redirect inappropriate behavior gently and consistently.
• Support social-emotional development (e.g., helping children express feelings, take turns).

Compensation: $14.00 per hour
