Job Summary
The Culver City Unified School District Japanese Immersion Program (Dual Language) offers English-speaking students of various backgrounds and Japanese-speaking students an opportunity to learn from and with each other in an integrated setting. The goal of the program is to develop students mastery of academic content, proficiency in both English and Japanese, and bi-cultural understanding.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Copy of Transcript (Unofficial are accepted for the application but should you be selected sealed official transcripts will be required.)
- Credential Copy (California Multiple Subject teaching credential with Bilingual Authorization in Japanese)
- Letter of Introduction (Indicating (a) reason for interest in the position; and (b) a description of qualifications, training and experience relating to the unique needs of this position)
- Letter(s) of Recommendation (Three current letters of recommendation (preferably written within the last two years))
- Resume
- Test Results/Materials (CBEST, CSET, Praxis etc.)
