*Responsibilities*

* Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. * Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment for all children. * Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their social skills and emotional growth. * Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians. * Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and share best practices. * Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness to ensure a conducive learning environment. * Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's development and classroom activities. * Implement safety protocols, including first aid procedures when necessary.

*Skills*

* Strong understanding of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices. * Experience working with children in various settings such as babysitting, childcare, or nannying. * Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate children with disabilities or special needs. * Proficient in creating engaging lesson plans that promote learning through play. * Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and colleagues. * Knowledge of first aid procedures to ensure the safety of all students in the classroom. * Ability to manage a classroom effectively while maintaining a positive atmosphere. * Strong organizational skills to keep track of lesson plans, student progress, and classroom materials.
