What Youll Be Doing:

As a Toddler Teacher, youll help create and maintain a play-based learning environment where curiosity, creativity, and emotional growth are encouraged every single day. Youll develop lesson plans aligned with NAEYC and 5-Star Step Up to Quality standards, track developmental progress, and foster meaningful connections with children, families, and fellow staff.

Youll also:

  • Encourage social-emotional development and independence

  • Maintain records and observe child progress

  • Communicate regularly and positively with families

  • Keep the classroom safe, organized, and full of joyful learning

Requirements:

  • A true passion for early childhood education

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Patience, flexibility, and dedication to best practices

  • Experience in a licensed child care setting preferred

  • CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education is a plus
