Key Responsibilities


  • Provide a safe, nurturing environment where toddlers can learn and grow through purposeful play and teacher-guided activities.

  • Implement and maintain the Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum with fidelity.

  • Build warm, professional relationships with each child and family, maintaining consistent communication.

  • Promote positive behavior through redirection, modeling, and clear expectations.

  • Create developmentally appropriate lesson plans and classroom activities.

  • Monitor and document children's development using assessments, portfolios, and daily communication tools.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the classroom and follow health and safety protocols.

  • Collaborate with co-teachers and school leadership to ensure a cohesive and high-quality learning experience.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

  • Passionate about working with young children and fostering their development.
