Populates with preset lessons that allows the teachers to focus on student development and relationships The ability to create your own lessons and activities based upon student development Assessments populated through simple teacher observation Weekly lesson planning time outside the classroom We are also happy to work with our teachers daily to ensure they are provided with whatever they need to maintain a healthy work environment, as well as a classroom filled with fun-based learning!

Lead Teacher Qualifications:
Associates or BA in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred Prior classroom experience (Preferred, will train) Demonstrate knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices Strong written and communication skills Assistant Teacher Qualifications:
High School Diploma Prior childcare experience (Preferred, will train) Pursuing degree (CDA and Early Childhood Degree partnerships with TEACH Ohio) Child Care Experience: 1 year (Preferred, will train)
