Are you passionate about early childhood education and ready to make a lasting impact during a child's most important years? KinderKids Learning Center is looking for a dedicated and nurturing Toddler Teacher to join our dynamic team!
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday-Friday between 6:30 AM-5:45 PM
(Core working hours: 7:15 AM-5:15 PM)
Perks & Benefits: Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays Monthly Bonuses & Anniversary Bonus Tuition Assistance Earn your college degree for FREE What You'll Do: Provide daily care, comfort, and supervision for toddlers (12-24 months) Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities Complete observations and developmental assessments for each child Communicate effectively and professionally with parents-both in writing and in person Maintain a safe, engaging, and loving environment Lift up to 40 lbs and engage in regular bending, squatting, kneeling, and active movement Work as part of a collaborative, positive team Requirements: High school diploma or higher CDA preferred (or willingness to obtain within 6 months) Minimum of 1 year experience in a licensed child care setting Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills Ability to see and hear all children at all time

Compensation: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
