QUALIFICATIONS:

• Completion of 18 credits in related coursework, including 3 credits in child/human growth and development, and 1000 hours of experience working with children in an elementary school or a licensed childcare program
• Completion of 12 credits in related coursework plus 3000 hours of experience working with children in an elementary school or licensed childcare program
• Non-expired child development associate (CDA) in center-based programs awarded by the Council for Professional Recognition
• A credential from a MACTE-accredited teacher preparation program
• 5+ years of experience as a licensed family childcare provider with no imposed enforcement actions
• Completion of the New Hampshire Early Childhood Apprenticeship Program
• 1000 hours of supervised childcare experience in a licensed program and completion of a 2-year vocational course in career and technical education with 9 credits in related coursework
• Documentation that you were qualified for and employed as a lead teacher
• Possessing a CPR/First Aid certification is preferred

Schedule: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday.

As a Toddler Classroom Lead Teacher, you'll create a positive and engaging atmosphere, serving as an inspiring role model for toddlers. You'll design daily lessons that align with the curriculum and developmental milestones, transforming everyday activities into meaningful learning adventures. Collaborating with your team, you'll maintain a safe teaching environment where children can flourish. You'll introduce new concepts, celebrate their discoveries, and communicate regularly with families about their progress.
