Responsibilities
- Plan games and activities that are developmentally appropriate
- Design the daily and weekly curriculum
- Provide care for children
- Observe and evaluate children to ensure they are reaching developmental milestones
- Communicate with parents and update them on their childrens development and activities
- Minimum - CDA Credential, Preferred - Associate's Degree in Education or related field
- Previous experience as a childcare provider
- Strong understanding of child development
- Patient, kind, and nurturing
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
- First aid/CPR certified preferred
