Roles and Responsibilities:
Implement captivating and effective lesson plans tailored to the diverse needs of students
Deliver engaging instruction that stimulates intellectual curiosity
Evaluate students' work and provide constructive feedback to promote growth
Oversee classroom management and maintain an organized learning environment
Foster collaborative relationships with students, staff, and parents
Participate actively in school events and community-building exercises
Adhere strictly to the school’s policies, procedures, and standards
Contribute to after-hours meetings and planning sessions as needed
