*1. Lead Teacher* _(Salaried Position)_
*Requirements:*
* Bachelor’s degree (required)
* English proficiency (required)
* Experience in general or special education preferred
* Commitment to inclusive, student-focused teaching
*Responsibilities:*
* Deliver instruction aligned with Florida standards and B.E.S.T benchmarks
* Manage inclusive classrooms with effective behavioral and academic supports
* Collaborate with assistants and support staff
* Monitor student progress and support IEP implementation
*2. Teacher Assistant* _(Salaried Position)_
*Requirements:*
* High school diploma (required)
* Associate degree (preferred)
* English proficiency
* Experience with children or in educational settings preferred
*Responsibilities:*
* Support classroom instruction under teacher supervision
* Assist with daily routines and student activities
* Provide one-on-one or small group support
* Help maintain a positive and structured classroom environment
