POSITION:

The Teacher Training Operations Manager will oversee the administrative functions of the Club Pilates – Riser Fitness Teacher Training Program and support operational processes across multiple studio locations. This role ensures smooth coordination of scheduling, student support, and logistics while contributing to marketing and enrollment efforts. The position requires strong organizational skills, communication, and collaboration with leadership teams to enhance efficiency and program success.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Program & Operations Administration

  • Coordinate and assist in scheduling upcoming Teacher Training programs, aligning with studio availability.
  • Oversee logistics for in-studio training days, including communication with studio management and ensuring all materials are prepared.
  • Maintain accurate records of student enrollment, attendance, and progress.
  • Track and maintain updated liability insurance for participants.
  • Work with the education team and studio managers to improve the overall program experience.

Student Support & Engagement

  • Provide continuous support and resources to students, ensuring completion of required training hours.
  • Track student progress using appropriate documentation and spreadsheets.
  • Communicate with students to ensure they are properly prepared for training sessions.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Act as a liaison between students, administrative staff, and leadership teams to ensure a cohesive training environment.
  • Collaborate with leadership to schedule and coordinate Open Studio Time and Virtual Office Hours on a monthly basis.

Operational Efficiency & Business Growth

  • Regularly assess and enhance administrative processes to improve program efficiency and student satisfaction.
  • Work with leadership teams to ensure a strong enrollment and onboarding process for new trainees.
  • Assist in marketing efforts to promote the Teacher Training Program.

Additional Duties

  • Perform other tasks as assigned to support the ongoing success of the program and operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in education administration, program coordination, or a related field.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, leadership teams, and administrative staff.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
  • A genuine passion for fitness, wellness, and education.
