Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI) to join our partner school district for the 2025–2026 academic year. This full-time, in-person position offers the rewarding opportunity to support students across various grade levels by making learning accessible and meaningful.

As a TVI, you’ll be instrumental in fostering student independence and academic success through personalized instruction and strategic collaboration with school teams. Ideal candidates are adaptable, student-centered, and experienced in delivering specialized instruction to students with visual impairments.

Hold a valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with an endorsement in Visual Impairments. Experience working with students who have a range of visual impairments, including those with additional needs, is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of Braille, assistive technologies, large print materials, and accessible instructional design is essential. Ideal candidates will demonstrate excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills. A bachelor’s degree in Visual Impairments or Special Education is required, with a master’s degree strongly preferred.
