The Board of Education is seeking applications for the 2025-2026 school year for the following position:

TEACHER OF THE HANDICAPPED/TEACHER OF STUDENTS WITH DISABILITIES (10 Months - Certificated) Passaic Valley Regional High School

Qualifications: New Jersey DOE Certificate required -Teacher of the Handicapped or Teacher of Students with Disabilities. New Jersey DOE Instructional Endorsement - required K - 6. Experience working with individuals with Autism - preferred. Must be able to perform physical work, which requires frequent bending and lifting. Independently lift/carry up to 25 lbs., more than 25 lbs. with assistance. Willing and able to complete Crisis Management training. New Jersey residence within one (1) year from date to hire.
