Full-Time & Part-Time | Monday – Friday | $15–$20/hr (DOE)

As a Teacher, you will play a vital role in fostering children’s intellectual, physical, emotional, and social development through a play-based curriculum. You will work with infants through school-age children, preparing them for kindergarten and beyond while ensuring a warm, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment.

• Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities aligned with our curriculum.

• Promote children’s growth in cognitive, social, emotional, and physical areas.

• Ensure a safe and healthy classroom that meets state licensing and health/safety requirements.

• Maintain positive, professional relationships with families, team members, and the community.

• Support children in daily routines, including meals, hygiene, and rest time.

• Keep accurate records and documentation as required by state and company policies.

• Minimum age: 18 years, with High School Diploma or GED.

• Experience: At least 1 year of teaching in a licensed Early Childhood Education setting.

• Certifications:

  • ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) Certification.

  • Basic Health & Safety Certification.

  • 45 hours in Growth & Development and 45 hours in Methods & Materials, OR a Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential.

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.

• Must meet all state and federal background check requirements prior to employment.

• Competitive pay: $15.00–$20.00/hour (based on education and experience)
