Summary
The Preschool Aide/Float assists teachers as needed to create a loving, safe, and nurturing environment for all enrolled children. Aides/Floats may be required to act as an Associate Teacher and implement lessons/activities created by the Lead Teacher, relieve staff for lunch breaks, and assist with cleaning, as needed. This is a part-time position (15-17 hours per week), typically in the afternoons.
Duties
Duties include cleaning, activity preparation, health/hygiene support, documenting activities, assisting teachers as needed.
Requirements
Must have a GED, and some experience with children.
Nice To Haves
6 months professional childcare experience preferred.
