Pay Rate: $40$55+ per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: 23 Days/Week | Full-Time or Part-Time Options

Contract: July 1 August 16

Caseload: K-3rd Grade

Position Overview

Phaxis Education is seeking a passionate and flexible Special Education Teacher to join a supportive district team in Sudbury, MA for a summer session contract. What Youll Do

• Deliver targeted instruction and support aligned with IEP goals
• Adapt lessons for diverse learners across K-3rd grade
• Monitor progress and modify instruction based on student needs
• Collaborate with general education staff, paraprofessionals, and related service providers
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with IEPs and district policies

What You Bring

• Active Massachusetts teaching license with Special Education endorsement (required)
• Experience with elementary or middle school students (preferred)
• Strong communication, flexibility, and collaboration skills
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
