Our district educates approximately 10,500 students (representing 50 languages) in preschool through eighth grades in 22 outstanding schools. Our family of schools includes three middle schools (Grades 6-8), fifteen elementary schools (TK/K-5), three schools with all grades (K-8), and one Early Education Center. We also have preschools co-located at our six elementary sites. We have various theme based schools: Montessori, Immersion (Spanish and Mandarin), and STEM.

Job Summary

San Mateo-Foster City School District is looking to hire substitute teachers!

$200.00 per day prorated for early release or shortened days
Incentive for day to day substitutes teachers:
*day to day substitute teachers who work 16 days or more in the District will be paid $210.00 per day starting with the 16th day
*day to day substitute teachers who work 31 days or more in the District will be paid $225.00 per day starting with the 31st day
Note: Salary: Pay is prorated for early release or shortened days

Kindergarten through 8th grade.
