Position: Substitute Teacher Status : As-needed, part-time Reports to : Division Lead and Academic Dean Pay Rate : $105/day (non-certified), $200/day (certified)

Position Overview Substitute teachers at KHPS help maintain continuity of instruction when our regular classroom teachers are absent. You will step into a supportive, Christ-centered environment where your presence ensures our students remain engaged, learning, and cared for.

Responsibilities Follow prepared lesson plans to maintain the learning environment and routines Uphold classroom management standards consistent with school values and expectations Communicate effectively with students and staff Maintain a safe, respectful, and orderly classroom Support the spiritual mission of Kingdom Heights by modeling Christ-like character

Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred Classroom or child supervision experience strongly preferred Commitment to the mission and values of classical Christian education Ability to manage a classroom with poise, professionalism, and grace Flexible, reliable, and able to follow directions and adapt quickly
