As a substitute preschool teacher, you will step into classrooms at our preschools and early childhood centers, providing care and education to young children. You will engage in interactive activities, and ensure a safe and positive learning environment. This role is ideal for individuals who are looking for flexible hours. This role may be either on-call, or regularly scheduled depending on individual school's needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Foster a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment
Facilitate hands-on activities and play-based learning experiences
Ensure the safety and well-being of all students
Communicate effectively with children, staff, and parents
Support the emotional and social development of each child
Follow all school policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Understanding of, or willing to learn, Jewish culture and values. People of all cultural backgrounds are encouraged to apply
Ability to be flexible and adapt to different classroom environments
Experience and background in early childhood education is a plus
Must pass a background check
