All prospective employees hired for Early Childhood Education/Preschool positions will be required to provide proof of vaccination and/or a clearance certificate for:
1. TB (Tuberculosis)
2. MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella)
3. TDAP (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis)
4. Flu Vaccine (optional)
