QUALIFICATIONS Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (Bilingual/ESL) Endorsement Elementary Education Endorsement Teach basic academic subjects to identified students requiring specialized instruction, using researched based programs to improve academic levels Administer achievement tests and evaluates test results Provide assistance to classroom teachers on bilingual techniques, methods and materials Collaborates with school staff for the purpose of planning and developing appropriate instruction Facilitating and attending meetings related to the academic success of students Demonstrate effective communication skills Completing appropriate reports Analyze student performance, program effectiveness and make appropriate recommendations SALARY RANGE Beginning salary at $46,011
