Job Details: Position: Special Education Teacher (Multiple Openings)

Schedule: 37.5 hours/week (Monday-Friday, school hours)

Duration: August 2025 - May 2026

Pay Rate: Up to $52/hr (based on experience)

Location: Comal County, TX (multiple campuses) : Provide individualized instruction to students with mild/moderate disabilities

Develop and implement IEPs with measurable academic and functional goals

Collaborate with general education teachers on inclusion strategies

Utilize evidence-based interventions and assistive technology

Monitor and report on student progress

Foster social-emotional growth and independence

Maintain compliance with Texas special education regulations

Participate in ARD meetings and parent conferences Education & Certification Requirements: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Special Education or related field

Texas Teaching Certification with Special Education endorsement

Experience with IEP development and implementation

Knowledge of Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS)

Strong behavior management and communication skills
