Responsibilities:
Provide specialized instruction aligned with IEP goals
Collaborate with general education staff and families
Support students’ academic, behavioral, and social needs
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance
Qualifications:
Active North Carolina Teaching License with the appropriate EC/SPED endorsement
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field
Prior school-based experience preferred
Commitment to onsite work for the remainder of the school year
Position Details:
Hours: 40 per week, Monday–Friday
Contract: ASAP start – End of 2025–2026 school year
Setting: Onsite in Charlotte, NC
