MIYO Health is seeking full-time, onsite Special Education Teachers to join our team in supporting K–8 students in the Nantucket, MA area. If you're a passionate educator committed to inclusive education and student growth, we’d love to hear from you!

• Grade Levels Needed:
  K-5, 6-8, 9-12 (assignments will be based on best fit for the candidate)
• Service Model:
  Traditional push-in and pull-out support within the school day
• Caseload:
• 16–21 students per FTE (based on how many positions are filled)
• Ideal caseload: 15–18 students
• Schedule:
  Full-time, in-person during regular school hour

Requirements

• Valid Massachusetts teaching certification in Special Education
• Experience with IEP development, compliance, and service delivery
• Ability to provide both academic and behavioral supports
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Must be available to work onsite in Nantucket, MA

This role may involve:

• Standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Engaging in physical activities required for classroom and school settings
